Valentine's Day Card for DH

This was my last year V-day card for my husband. I put a lot of thought on the card and he loved it. Done with the Cricut machine and the Design Studio to make sure everything would fit together. I wanted to remind him I'm his love monkey - LOL :).... Hugs Hugs and more Hugs.

I am loving the Martha Stewart punch; so delicate - it gives the card a special touch. I also enjoyed using the CUTE monkey from CuttleKids along with the heart and the swirl embossing folders from Cuttlebug. I really love it when I get to use different elements in one project; especially when I get to mix and match stamps and diecuts-- FUN!!!

Thanksgiving Dinner Invites

Celebrating Thanksgiving and hosting the family dinner is something my husband and I love to do. For this year's invites, I got help from Jen and her cut file to make these pocket cards. Check out her blog entry.

If you don't have DS, you can go here to Splitcoaststampers to find out the measurements for how to cut/fold it. .

Card: 5 1/2'' by 4 1/4''
Insert: 3 1/4'' by 5''
Pumpkins - cut at 2 3/8'' with Pooh and Friends
Happy Thanksgiving - cut at 2'' real size with Wild Card

Cute Birdie Birthday Card

I bought Happily Ever After and am absolutely please with my purchase; so many possibilities as good cartridges tend to have. I also love my Zooballoo cartridge.

I used both for a card I made for someone who is like a lil' sister turning 18!!! This card was also done using Design Studio (with a .cut file that stacie0805 was so nice enough to post on the Cricut MB and on her blog, StacieKnits (see her original creation)`. I adapted a little bit to fit the look I wanted; always appreciate when others share!).

Supplies:
Bird: cut at 2 3/4" using Happily Ever After
Branches- sized by Design Studio using Zoballooo
Stamp: "Two You" by Stampendous
Cuttlebug: Branches embossing folder
"Cori"- used the welding option from Design Studio (w/Plantin SchoolBook)
Paper: Shimmer Paper is Wausau (bought at HSN), the green gilitter paper is from DCWV Glitter Stack and rest of the carstock is DCWV.
Used my Prisma markers to color/match paper.
